I own Laura Thomas Fitness, and I am your coach! LTF is a full-service fitness business specializing in one-to-one hybrid/virtual coaching, alignment, and private yoga.
What sets me apart from other personal trainers?
First, I don’t base your success with me on weight loss or before and after photos. I encourage you to dig deeper into your “why” for physical health, which I know is deeper than aesthetics and what society conditions us to believe.
Second, I don’t throw you into a weight training regimen, especially if you are dealing with nagging pain. I aim to get you to optimal alignment and intrinsic strength before adding any other load.
Third, I listen to you and know life will ebb and flow. I don’t shame you when you need time off, or you had a bad week. I don’t rush you through my process; this is your journey, and you are the driver. I am merely the guide
I believe fitness is deeper than exercise.
I believe it’s how you move throughout your lifetime.
I believe it’s your stress, sleep, life obstacles, and everything else that affects your nervous system.

Ways to Work with Me
Yoga classes and private sessions
I offer workshop-style yoga locally 2-3 times monthly and private in-person and online sessions.
1:1 Hybrid Coaching/personal training
2-4 hours per month of contact time from me, a customized movement plan, plus email check-ins and ongoing support.
Alignment sessions
