Structural Alignment Sessions
Get out of pain. Move with ease. Feel supported in your body.
Who it’s for:
You’ve been through physical therapy, rehab, or strengthening programs, but something still feels “off.”
You experience recurring pain, tension, or instability that makes daily movement harder than it should be.
You want a straightforward, collaborative approach that looks at your body as a whole — not just the spot that hurts.
What We Do Together:
Comprehensive Assessment – I listen, observe posture and movement, and gather detailed data about how your body compensates.
Active Collaboration – You are an active participant. I’ll guide, but your feedback and body awareness are central to the process.
Structural Alignment – We start at the center (sacrum and pelvis), restore balance there, and then build outward with strength.
Integration of Stabilizers + Movers – Many people overuse larger movement muscles while underusing smaller stabilizers. Sessions address both, so you regain stability and fluidity.
Why This Approach Is Different:
Traditional physical therapy or fitness programs are effective, but they may focus only on the area of pain. Often, discomfort shows up in one place but originates elsewhere through compensation patterns. My role is to connect those dots, help your body distribute workload more evenly, and rebuild alignment so you can move with confidence.
What to Expect
1–2 sessions may bring noticeable relief or clarity.
4–8 sessions often create more profound changes in alignment, stability, and long-term pain reduction.
For ongoing support, we may shift to maintenance sessions once you’ve built a solid foundation.
Important Notes
I do not diagnose conditions. If something is outside my scope, I will always encourage collaboration with your physician or physical therapist.
My work is best viewed as complementary: a bridge between where traditional rehab leaves off and where real-life movement begins.
How it works:
After your purchase, please let me know if you prefer virtual or in-person in Fairview Park, Ohio, and I will email you a link or appointment times that work.
You'll receive two intake forms, a waiver, and a cancellation policy.
Each session is a mix of conversation, assessment, and hands-on work tailored to you:
We start with your story. You’ll share what’s been going on—your history, current challenges, and goals.
I’ll assess your movement. Through simple observations and guided movements, I’ll look for patterns in posture, muscle balance, and alignment.
Hands-on alignment work. Using gentle, precise techniques, I’ll help your body find better balance—starting from the core and working outward.
Strength and stability. We’ll layer on movements and strategies to reinforce new patterns so they last beyond the session.
Take-home tools. You’ll leave with clear guidance—simple exercises or movement cues—so you can keep making progress between sessions.
Each session builds on the last, moving you toward less pain, more strength, and greater confidence in your body.
**Please note: It often takes 4-8 sessions to assess the contributors and move toward meaningful relief. This isn’t a long-term commitment, but it also isn’t likely to be a one-and-done fix.
Please let me know if you are not local to Cleveland and want to schedule online.

Everyone can pursue their best version in a supportive and professional environment.
I have and continue to do anti-racism work.
I am a trauma-informed coach through CULTIVATE, a trauma-informed space-holding certification program. This does not mean I dig, address, or heal trauma. It means I understand the complexities of trauma AND the skills to ensure that I am attuned to my clients and myself to practice within my scope and integrity.
I value connection and communication with my clients. I take a human-first approach, getting to know my clients beyond their physical goals and honoring their consent and personal boundaries.
I do not judge anyone’s capabilities based on age, race, body type, sexuality, or other personal identities.
I do not believe every workout must involve muscle soreness or sweat to be effective. Movement should never be painful or triggering without reason, and everything we do will honor your comfort with options, pacing, and consent.
I admit that I may not have all the answers regarding health, but I am always willing to go the extra mile to get information for my clients from my wellness circle partners (with permission to share their inquiries). I will refer out if something is beyond my scope of practice.
Movement/fitness is not a substitute for counseling. I will suggest therapy if you may hurt yourself or someone else.
