We Can't Talk About Physical Health Without the Mental Connection
While many fitness enthusiasts focus solely on the physical body, we must also remember that we are three-dimensional and store mental and emotional energy in our core area's muscles, tissues, and organs.

Our emotions and stress affect our organs, tissues, and muscles (think about when you are upset. Does your stomach hurt)? This is your nervous system talking.
Cis-women grow life in these areas, which is amazing and also = much change.
If you have a health issue, it can affect your physical posture, ability to move, and more.
At the same time, we sometimes carry shame about our bodies, and that sits here, too.
For example, I spent most of 2024 with knots in my stomach and majorly stressed, which I knew affected my digestion and other functions.
As I aim to heal in 2025, I am trying to reconnect with my body and strength.
