Small Business Saturday 2024

You know I can’t be a small business owner and not talk about this, right?

Fun fact: I am not my family's only small business owner. My Dad’s brother and his wife have owned a small business for decades that started as landscaping and is now a produce farm. They also sell trees at Christmas.

Getting into business ownership was not on my radar. I thoroughly believed that I would be a marketing executive in a corporate environment and work my way up.

I would most likely still be on that path if my husband didn’t make the income he does or if other life choices had been different, like having kids or living somewhere much more expensive.

Business ownership is not for the faint of heart, and there are many days I want to give up.

However, I know that my mission is to support people in associating back to their bodies in a balanced way and finding ways to get out of pain to lead fulfilling lives.

I also would have a hard time giving up the flexibility I have in my business and my goals of being able to work from abroad and eventually coach in an online group setting.

I always ask myself, “Have I exhausted all options? Is there something I haven’t done yet?”

The answer is always a resounding “no and yes.”

2025 is going to feel a bit different. I am planning content shifts on various platforms and ways to connect with other solo business owners so that they feel less alone and have resources, in much the same way I like to communicate with current and potential clients.

With that, here are my offerings for the end of 2024 and a list of small businesses I would love for you to check out and support if you can:

  • Jump-Off Sessions are available until 12/20. If you have not taken advantage of this yet, please do! This will be the only time I offer these one-off sessions until sometime in the spring.

  • Schatz Method 1:1 Sessions are available online or in person, and there is a discount for purchasing four or eight sessions. If you’re tired of modifying and not getting to the genesis of your pain or ache, let’s work on your alignment!

  • Vitality 1:1 is enrolling. Vitality is currently on an evergreen enrollment. If you want to work together in 2025, please apply, and let’s chat! Pricing for this program increases slightly every June as I have re-invested back into the business every year through my education or business coaching.

  • The Shop has a bunch of low-cost or free offerings such as ebooks, webinars, and DIY courses.

  • When in doubt-gift cards! Gift Cards are available year-round for my services.
