The Schatz Method, or structural balancing, is a modality that focuses on pain management, body mechanics, and injury rehabilitation. It results in permanent pain relief by identifying the source of pain and pain patterns and alleviating them before adding load, such as strength training.

Schatz Method alignment sessions are held at The Movement Factory at 21547 Lorain Road, Fairview Park, OH 44126. I do have to check to ensure the space is available.
