Structural alignment is a modality that focuses on pain management, body mechanics, and injury rehabilitation. It results in permanent pain relief by identifying the source of pain and pain patterns, and alleviating them before adding a load, such as during strength training.

In-person alignment sessions are held at your home on the west side of Cleveland or at The Movement Factory. I do have to check to ensure the space is available.
