For the 45-minute session, we can discuss whatever you want relating to your movement and health goals. You will receive a recording and notes that will support you moving forward.

Please note that I will send you a health history questionnaire before scheduling to better understand any injuries, ailments, and other aspects of your well-being. You always have the option of not sharing anything you are uncomfortable with.

How This Works:

You'll receive an intake form, waiver, cancellation policy, and scheduling link.


Before our call, I'll outline recommendations and further questions from your intake form that we'll discuss in real time.
Our call will probably involve some movement. Please have a place where I can see you from the waist up and the waist down (you can always move your phone/iPad, etc.)


After our 45 minutes together, I aim for you to walk away with a clear understanding of what to focus on.

Seventy-two hours after our session, you'll receive an email outlining all recommendations, your next steps, and the recording of our call.
